I spent over 20 years building a successful career in technology, solving complex problems, leading projects, and doing everything I was supposed to do to move forward.
But along the way, I saw something most people don’t talk about.Talented, capable, colleagues getting stuck.
Not because they weren’t good enough or didn’t work hard enough, but because something was getting in their way.Â

Yea, I’ve been there too, in many ways.
